try training your self to last longer, by prolonging your masturbation times. right when u think you going to get off stop, let it calm down a bit and start again. go slow and dont use to much pressure. if u have to use condoms during sex, masturbate with a condom on. i know it sounds weird, but you dont want your you time and your you and her time to be too different. that can lead to early ejaculation. lube might help to desensitize so u last longer too(during sex).  hope that helps! good luck. try cardio exercise as well to prolong stamina.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
High BP may cause erectile dysfunction. You need to take care of your diet by eating no extra salt and doing physical exercises daily like gymming or brisk walking. You may also need to get antihypertensives prescribed. Talk to your partner openly about any fears or apprehensions, eat nutritious healthy food, exercise regularly and cut down on smoking or alcohol if you are taking it.
Your wife may be having psychological fear and in that case spending time together and communicating with each other will help.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
