I do believe it’s possible to lose sensitivity from over-use of a vibrator or maybe using too-strong stimulation. As Dalubaba said, there are tons of nerves endings there, and we do know of nerves in other parts of the body becoming desensitized from over-stimulation. I think the reason Dr’s might not go along with this idea is that there are probably no clinical studies with scientific proof of it. That may seem odd, but when you think about it, you’d need to recruit volunteers who’d agree to use a vibrator on high settings & continue to do this for a period of time & then see if their sensitivity declined. There are 2 prblms with this: First, you’d be asking women to do smthg that had the potential to damage them. Second, it would be very difficult to actually measure this because every woman is different - they would all have different perceptions of what was too strong, too weak, etc. It cdn’t be an objective measurement, which is what most studies require - it would be almost entirely subjective. So with no actual clinical proof, Dr’s might tend to think the prblm doesn’t exist. However, a less rigorous study involving interviews of women regarding their experiences could be done & I think that would shed some light on it.
So - bottom line, it’s my opinion you are not wrong. Dalubaba may be correct that indirect stimulation could gradually bring some of the sensation back - I think that’s worth a try.
Sorry this has happened to you & hope you can regain some sensation. Best of luck to you...
my man kept applying a extreme vibrator to my clit and i tried stop him several times. now i have pain in my legs. i think it caused nerve damage to my legs. i cant see a doctor because of covid 19. i feel when i see one i have to tell them how it happened but i sure dont want to.
Look up reynaud's syndrome.
You are lucky that you have got a stronger vibratpr and you are happy with it. Do not be surprised if you need another vibrator after some time. clitoris get sensation from 2 source, one is direct rubbing and other is through vaginal muscles. clitoris is connected vaginal muscles from its bottom. If you search more you will find this information. Mildly rubbing around clitoris can revive the sensitivity in time.Another possible technique is anal peripheral prostate massage. this is one of the 4 prostate massage. This massage stimulates genital area and groin. This massage is for woman also for this purpose.
I don't feel what I've felt some time ago,so i decide I need something more powerful and i but from Edenfantasys a new vibrator , more powerfull, and its good :)
clitoris is most sensitive part of human being, containing lot of nerve endings. You do not need any experiment or evidence to show the proof. If you stimule any nerve, excessively, it will get numb or even damaged. Numbness can be self self limiting if the damage is not extensive.
