No. There is a bit of truth to that theory. Lots of men adjust in size here and there, but not to a big extent, depending on arousal though, some can add on half an inch maybe if they are more excited than usual. Masturbation is healthy though, it does increase your stamina (which is all that counts), and it does keep you healthy.

I honestly don't think there is any proof of this!! You are the size you are no matter what you do..lol If this was true I think men would never be leaving the house..It may be true that sometimes you appear bigger than others b/c your penis is harder than other times due to blood flow or how aroused you are... I really don't think there is any scientific proof that if you masterbate alot you can get your penis to grow bigger..Think about it or research this "theory" but that to me is like saying If I rub my boobs and stimulate them more they will grow bigger!! Believe me if this was true I would never leave my house trying to get bigger boobs..lol Not trying to laugh it just sruck me as funny!!!Good luck and you could at least test out the theoty!!If it works please post and let all the men on here know you've found a free and pleasurable way to become larger :)
