Hi,
Hope I can help. But without direct and physical investigations it’s next to impossible to offer any real insite.
Abdominal pain and painful sex could be any number of things (none of which are normal though, or at least something you shouldn’t have to live with)
Perhaps it will help me help you, if you gave me a detailed insight into your past: what happened around the time you noticed this. Any unprotected sex? Any tests done?
This could be.
IBS
Constipation
Muscle strain
UTI
STI (PiD)
Anxiety/trauma
Ovirian Cysts
To name just a few.
You need to see a doctor.
This could be PID, a sexually transmitted infection, an ovarian cyst, endometriosis, etc - all the things that Dadz listed.
But since it could be an STI, you really need to see a doctor and get it checked as soon as possible. You are self-treating for yeast? Or was that prescribed after being tested?
Stop using the cream, and see your doctor. Let us know what happens.
