PC (Kegel) Muscle Excercises

Hey. I've been wanted to do PC (Kegel) Muscle Excercises to increase my sexual stamina but I'm not exactly sure how to perfrom them. I know where the PC muscle is but when I try to excercise it, I just feel like I'm sqeazing my legs and butt together. Is it supposed to be like that? If not how should I correctly perform these excercises? How will I know if I am performing them right? What is the best and most effective method to do these excercises correctly?

Okay,When you go to the bathroom start peeing and then stop the flow by clenching.If it's the same feeling as the one you get now then you are doing it right.

ok simple terms when u go 2 use the bathroom n u hav 2 pea hold the pea let some out hold let out hold let out repeat over again with out peaing

the best way to perfom kegal is when you go to the toilet to pee start peeing then half way thru stop the flow. the muscles that you use to stop yourself peeing are you kegal muscles. once you have identified these muscles it is alot easier to perform them when ever you want! :)
