Penis Pain

I have been experiencing pain in my penis, while flaccid or erect, for 18 years.  My erections have been deformed (bent downward) during this time.  I have been unable to have sexual intercourse during this time.  Recently, while sitting on the edge of my bed, I bounced up and down, and I serendipitously caused “something” to slide internally.  After this ticklish sliding sensation stopped, I noted my first pain-free erection for the first time in 18 years.  This erection was not bent, but instead straight and normal.  I carefully masturbated, without pain, for the first time in 18 years.  It was as if I had entered a time machine and traveled back in time.  The next day I noted something else I had not experienced in 18 years, my first normal bowel.  For 18 years I have been constipated on days following forced masturbation and subsequently developed and was diagnosed with diverticulitis and ulcerative colitis.  If I am fortunate enough to repeat this sliding maneuver I am unable to move, because if I do move the pain returns.  I must use my body weight to keep the internal portion of my penis back in its proper position.

After many tests including a CAT scan and MRI my Doctors offer no reason for my pain.  Some Doctors say I have a mildly enlarged prostate, while other Doctors say I have a normal sized prostate.

I was recently diagnosed with an internal hemorrhoid.  Also, I recently read in an online forum about another man who suffered with undiagnosed erectile dysfunction and pain.  This man was also diagnosed with an internal hemorrhoid.  After a banding procedure to remove the hemorrhoid, this man’s erectile dysfunction disappeared.

Could an internal hemorrhoid cause penis pain and erectile dysfunction?  Could an internal hemorrhoid slip through the muscle wall and impinge upon the root of the penis, causing pain and deformation of erections?

Thank you for your consideration.

You may visit the following web site and you may see the video of bouncing Pasmasana (lotus posture) In this posture one bounces up and down. In this simple bouncing, Muscles of anus, perineum, buttocks get great impact and the energy which is lying dormant in Perineum, arises. It would be worth while to talk somebody who knows yoga. They can a proof of the effectiveness of the bouncing.

Yes, it was serendipitous bouncing. You should contact the doctor and explain this episode. So you will know the cause of this problem.
Bouncing massages anus muscle and perineum. The groin area is usually gets less circulation. I think your bouncing removed some obstacle and the blood circulation or energy became active. Of course doctor would know the details. Or write to Solace(MH member) who is expert in interpreting the medical literature.
You may also refer to male deer exercise which may give you some idea about your problem's etiology and miraculous recovery. In yoga bouncing is used to arouse kundalini(sexual energy).
