Premature ejaculation

Hi, I'm 19 and I just had sex for the first time a few nights ago, the problem is I reached climax in seconds...

My girlfriend assured me it was ok and she'd stick with me through this, but I'm unsure about the whole thing. I've never really had this problem during masterbation, but ever since this occurrence, I've been coming quicker even in masterbation.

I've been doing a little research and I've found some methods including certain anti-depressant drugs and and such that can delay climax, but I'd rather get through this naturally. I've read up on the "squeeze" technique and ofcourse the "start and stop" but I've also read that they can be ineffective or unhealthy. I read up on a book as well that is suppose to train you how not just to delay but improve enjoyment and basically give you total control over ejaculation and even be able to stay at climax for as long as you want, but the book is $40, which I can't really afford especially for something I don't know will work or not. The website for the book is http://www.****.com

Anyway, I'm severely concerned about this, I want to make my girlfriend happy, but I need a little guidance on what I should do.

I got news for both of you. It is very common when you first begin having sexual intercourse to have premature ejactulations. It is new and exciting and it is just not as easy for a guy to turn it off as it is for a girl. I would say that the reason you are even climaxing faster while masterbating has to do with the fisual you have while doing it. Once you have had intercourse you tend to focus on the excitement of it while masterbating, causing you to ejaculate faster.

I don't think you are in need of any serious instructions from a book or anyone at this point. I think you will find the more you have intercourse the longer it will take to ejaculate. If it continues after a long period of time, then you might want to check into some remedies.

As for the previous posters seggestion. I think if it works for him, that is great, but some guys do not just bounce back like that after they *** once and it could cause you to be unable to ejactulate during intercourse with your girlfriend.

HI.

I'm 19 years too.
I'm the opposite... I take about 2 hours to ejaculate and trust me man this is good for me NOW but in the beginning it was SHOCKING. Don't buy that book, man, this is a waste of time and money. A quick tip (that's the only way I know it works) on holding it is to press the glans (red part, the head) of your penis when you're almost there. It will delay your ejaculation for some minutes.

Another TIP before having sex with your girlfriend. Trust me, it works damn well! Try to masturbate 2 times before having sex with your girl. It'll slow down your ejaculation so much you'll have sex like a porn star. BUT don't spend too much energy while masturbating twice or you're gonna sleep over your girl hehehehe.
