Weak erection

hi I am 24 years old male for some years due to financial issues I suffered a bad diet plus had a habit of drinking too much water, these habits resulted in low blood pressure and retention of fluid in my body, I started lowering the water intake and now it's been a year since I am loosing water weight, but, a few days ago I went to see a doctor because I my dizziness, lightheadedness and basically when I stood my vision went black didn't go away as I was expecting it plus I was experiencing extreme heart beating rise or as I think of it heart burn not sure which one correctly describes my condition, after a blood test doctor revealed that I suffer from a sever anemia condition he proscribed me some vitamins and iron tablets. Now where I live it's hard to discuss sexual health but it's been a few months like six months I have lost morning wood, plus I got very weak erection, and last only few seconds in bed. I don't really know what to do??? Will I ever get normal??

This is a question only your doctor can answer. There are different types of anemia; some types are curable, and some are not. Speak with your doctor again, to find out if you are able to cure the particular type you have and then figure out a strategy for treatment.

Good Luck

Thanks for the advice Clement4now, just wanna say that my doctor diagnosed me with iron deficiency anemia and gave some tablets. What is alarming for me is that I believe I may have trouble with my testostrone hormone as my hair both body and scalp has become very thin and plus low sexual derive, the next time I go for blood tests I will also ask for hormone test, but I want to know if I was low on testostrone is it too alarming should I be worried??

Hi,

You really should discuss this with your doctor; low blood pressure and anemia can have a negative effect on erections. Fatigue, stress, and any prescribed medications can sometimes cause problems too.  Make an appointment to see your doctor, and ask what you can do to improve your stamina and quality of erections.
