im in a relationship and 4 weeks ago i had unprotected oral sex with a female stanger whilst on a short break with the lads.
the next day after the encounter i masterbated 3 times in a short space of time and had been heavily drinking the day and night before.
the following day i started to get a slight sore throat and a little discomfort in my penis.
3 days later i can home and went to the gu clinic for a test.
inflammation was found and diagnosed nsu, with doxycycline for 7 days.
went back after 7 days for re test and negative for clamydia and gonnarea but still did another swab and found i still had inflammation.
then given 14 days of erythromycin, ive just started taking these but causing a few issues, the gu clinic guy says he doesnt think i caught anything sexual, but im scarred stiff, i love my fiance and family so much, it was a huge mistake and im riddled with guilt, causing lots of serious anxiety which i suffer with anyway
its driving me mad, i havnt had sex with my fiance yet , im so paranoid

Hi and welcome. Unprotected oral is low risk for contracting std's but you can pickup an UTI or NSU from mouth bacteria. These are a little trickey to get rid of and may take afew visits to the doctor to have it cleared up. I would hold off any sexual contact till your symptoms are gone and all testing including the swab come back clean.
