Hi Neil, I hink you best bet would be just leave it alone for a couple of weeks, see if your getting nocternal erections and morning woods, if you start getting these back your ok, but after 2 weeks if nothing just give 2 more, this way your rebooting your body slowly, I give and 8 week advice to guys who masturbate to porn, so you can see it will take time, but in all the time you do not masturbate of have any sexual contact, and keep away from porn, its just we dont wont you getting over excited till your healed.
See if you can do that.
Good luck

A couple of days ago i masturbated twice in one day once whilst i was hard and the second whilst reaching hardness and since then i have been unable to get any erection at all. Today I have had some pains above the penis area the intestine area and some pain around my anus. I am 21 years old and have a healthy lifestyle. I am just very worried that I may have really badly damaged my nervous system leading to my penis. I try to get hard and I get no response from my penis

I woulds really appreciate your advice on how I can get erections back. Is it a case of giving the penis rest time days or weeks. Should I get myself checked out.
