female masturbation

i have been masturbating for a long time.i want to quit it but somehow i am not able to.the urge is so strong that i can't help but masturbate.i want to quit it because after masturbating i feel i have commited a sin.i am not able to control myself from watching raunchy stuff.please help

Hi Blossom, First do you think when masturbating that your getting a full orgasm, if not then goole dobson and ross, on there you will find some intresting answers to it, lot s to read, because I was thinking if you got a good orgasm, then you would have to waste all your time mastubating.
No Jogging or cycle rides, walks in the park, form your various important tasks, so you must be married.

its not that one can go jogging or cycling anytime they want.........still i m trying my best to stay away from these things as it is posing as a distraction for me from various important tasks

Ho Blossom, As far as Iknow its not a sin to masturbate weather male or female, and if you mean watching porn on the computer, well then your the only person who can do that unless you get them put under parent control and clear them off your computer, and throw away any discs you have as well.
The problem with your masturbating is bedtime, yes, or are you a daytime masturbater, if so when ever you fill the urge just go for a walk or go jogging, anything as long as it keeps you away from your magic digits.
