Tear on opening of Vagina

I have a tear on the top of the Vagina opening that is almost 1cm length wise. It doesn't hurt at all when moving around or such, very little discomfort (I rarely noticed/feel it), I know it hurts very little if I pee, and contact it with toilet paper(occasionally). I got this tear from sex, I know its from lack of lub (and because my boyfriend is big), the tear is concerning me on how it'll heal since its clearly a tear that I possible find it impossible to fully close by itself. It sometimes bleeds once in awhile which scares me ( Its not infected at all i keep it clean and check on it once in awhile). Is there anyway I can treat this tear? I know most people would recommend me to go to a doctor, but I rather not (i can't tell my parents), any suggestions out there please? I am very concerned so is my boyfriend.

I read on other post that It'll take 10 days to close up or use neosporin on the cut so it'll close it, or applying certain cream. But most of those post; the tear was on the bottom of the Vagina opening, mine is on the top which seems that most girls/women doesn't post about.

Thank you for reading this post, and please help me.

You dont have to tell your parents to go to the doctor and get this checked out, if you dont want to go to your family doctor for it, you can go to another walk in clinic maybe, or look in your area and see what planned parenthood clinics(could be called something different depending on where you live) that could maybe exam you and help you heal. If you're saying the tear is as bad as it is, the only solution is to get it checked out, who knows if it is severe enough a doctor might find that the only way to heal it is with stitches, etc. Dont leave it, it might not be infected now, but it can get infected easily in that area... and leaving it untreated and continuing to have sex could be making it so much worse. Especially if it is starting to bleed again at times, it means what healing is being done, is being re opened all the time. Dont try any creams etc, unless you go and talk to a pharmacist and explain to them what is going on etc and see if there is maybe an over the counter thing you can use, but im not sure if there is. The neosporin etc, should never be used internally and can make things worse or cause a yeast infection which will just be absolutely horrible with a tear. :( Hope you can get it healed up soon
