irregular testicle
Im 14, my left testicle is larger then my right but my left one is a weird shape, its like the is spikes on it or 4 small testicles joined together, its been like this for about 2-3 years and i dont know what it is.

Well. In case you don't know, every male has one of the testicles larger than the other. Anyway, it could be something related to an underlying infection.
