syphilis or genital warts outbreak

On the 22nd of December and times before I have received oral unprotected sex from a sex worker. A week later I started having an uncomfortable feeling at the end of my penis  as if I needed to pee all the time. This comes and goes but is not painful and there is no discharge. I went to an stud clinic to get tested. Cleared on a swab test for clmmydia and gohnorea but handed in urin samples also.    I will go back in two weeks to get blood tests for syphilis and hiv.

When I got home from the test yesterday I noticed a small (couple of mm) bump or spot on my pens head. I have been looking up syphilis and am petrified it might be this. I also did catch hiv a number of years back but have had no outbreaks in a year. So what does it sound like? It has not changed much or increased in size since appearing yesterday

You may be having a herpes outbreak. The only thing I know of that you can get from unprotected oral sex is herpes. The other tests should come back fine. Please use a condom every single time with every single sex act. If this girl was willing to not use a condom with you then she is that way with everyone. You already have herpes so you do not want to get anything else.
