teen masturbation quitting for a lifetime.effects,adv,dis adv,remedies.

since 6 year old boy i am masturbating.now i am 19 year old.

HABIT
i used to do it sometimes regular,sometimes once a month,somtimes once a year.when i was 17(excessive only this year) year old,i was doing excessively almost regularly.wen i start i'll never end it for one time.i used to do 4,6,8 times continously.12 time is my maximum only one time though
.i had ocd problem so i was doing evenly(2,4,6,8).
PROBLEMS
1.i hav little bend in pen*s.
2.i dont get full satisfaction at first time.(wen i wa s young i used get full satisfied for only one time but now i have to do more times,although i get proper erection and proper amount of semens)
3.i usuall do it in a minute now(but in young age i was last longer)

REMEDIES
is thera any yoga or any excercise or any remedies to recover

QUITING
i had tried quit many times.like for months.this time i am succeesfull not doing it for 500 days.but 501th day i masturbated 8 times. that is today.
i am decided to quit for lifetime or until i get married.so my ques is what happens if i dont masturbate for 10 years from now?will i get cure by my excessive masturbation damages(bend in penis & full satisfaction at first time &will i last longer )?

one great problem when start masturbation is its hard to control. that is soon after one masturbate the urge to do it come after some time with much more urge than if not masturbate at all.

doing like once in a week or month is ok but will probably go out of control.

masturbation might not increase or decrease chances of getting prostate problems though its useful for people above 50s who already have prostate complaints.

masturbation have lot of side effects though it not bring any major health problem. things like getting addicted to it and mainly compulsive masturbation which can make one very tired and loss interest in other activities.

I think lowering testosterone levels would lower prostate cancer risk, and that's the mechanism involved (abstaining would tend to lower testosterone levels eventually imo).

Diet (such as eating lots of red meat) plays a notable role.  Genetics play a Large role (family history of prostate cancer is a strong reason for even young men to be screened at least by DRE).

The incidence of prostate cancer in younger men, is really, really small.  (eg. there are thousands of cases per 100,000 population in men over 50, but 0 to 8 per 100,000 for assorted age range groupings between adulthood up to age 40 [cancerresearch.uk.org].

That study (frequent ejaculations reduces prostate problems) is not for young people instead for old people who have prostate complaints. Actually for young doing masturbation or frequent ejaculations increases the risk of prostate issues.

Not ejaculating (from masturbating for example) could lead to prostate and other health problems.  I've read where once or more weekly, is seen as good for our health.

And, there's also the "if you don't use it, you lose it" aspect.  Eventually this may apply (perhaps that's an old wives' tale?  But I'd not expect anyone to abstain long enough to disprove it)

stop masturbation its not a normal thing. the reason why you keep masturbating is because of old memory of doing it.

if you haven't masturbated in past will you do it now? never.

so next time when you feel like masturbating say to yourself its not normal and pretend as if you haven't masturbated in past.

Quitting for 10 years is not needed. The sexual urge is so strong that your willpower does not help you to quit masturbating. Breating controls your mind and your mind controls your body. So learn controlling your breath. Google abdominal breathing. Learn it and practice abdominal breathing for 10 minutes twice a day. After some practice, you can stop sexual urge with 5 or 6 abdominal breaths. In case some time you may fail to control sexual urge, masturbate with the following tips. Use lubricated hands, do not stop breathing while masturbating, Lie down on your back and not on stomach.When excessively excited, do not masturbate(this is difficult but important). Do not hurry.Never watch porno. You have selected right time/ageb to quit .
