Not at all, but she sounded quite young and it's something that's focussed on quite strongly in schools now.
I think that statement is wrong to make that if someone doesn't know that, then they are not mature enough to be touching someone anyway.

Women all have a natural daily discharge that cleans out the vagina, if your cousin doesnt know about this he's not mature enough to be touching her there anyway.
