Doctor thinks my sinuses are draining but I'm unsure, please help

About a month ago I had a headache which wouldn't go away. Went to doctors, it was due to allergies. Gave me a nasal spray, headaches went away.

Lately I've Been getting a wet draining feeling in the TOP of my head, not the face sinus area. He looked in my nose and told me its my sinuses draining. Are there sinuses that drain from the top of the head? Could this be mistakened for a cranial leak instead? I'm a bit of a hypochondriac so I'm very worried. Thanks everyone..
