Cant sleep the night through.

It has been years I think. I'm not even sure when was the last time that I have slept the night through without waking up.
It seems like I'm awake every two hours, some nights even more often. Then when my alarm goes off, I keep snoozing it. Feeling exhausted once I'm up. I have tried sleeping pills that my Dr has prescribed for me, but they did not work at all. Also melatonin, didn't do much, except helped me fall asleep.
Not sure what else to take or do differently in order to stay asleep. Do I have a sleeping disorder??Help.

You should have a Sleep Study done to find out what is going on. The study can reveal more than just Sleep Apnea.
