I need help.!!!!!!

ok I need help. im 24weeks pregnant tomorrow. it's been a couple of weeks that I barely get sleep, I can be super tired but I can not go to sleep until about 6am everyday. Is this normal? What should I do?

Have you tried melatonin? If your cortisol level is not falling in the evening (which it should) this can turn you into a night owl. Melatonin is what normally kicks in at nightfall when cortisol drops (or should drop). Try taking a couple of mg. of that. It will reset your sleep clock. Also take soothing supplements like ashwagandha in the evening. If all else fails take Benadryl. It is very important for you to get to sleep when you are pregnant.
