When I sleep i have nightmares every 2 or 3 days apart from each other but sometimes I have really bad nightmares, like screaming or crying type thing. But sometimes I wake up from my nightmare just to see the thing from my dream that made it a nightmare. I can still move in stuff but i just curl up in a ball and move to the corner of my bed. and just try to hide from whatever is attacking me that particular night. It's scary and idk what to do :/ It's been happening since i was 13, I'm now 16 and it's still happening. I'm getting really concerned and scared. Is this normal? Can I stop it? what should I do? Someone please help me!!!!!!!!
