Breathlessness and low saturation’s when sleeping

My daughter is now 15months and has always been quite breathless. We have recently discovered that when she sleeps her saturation’s drop to around 82-85. She’s now having 0.3l of oxygen when she sleeps. Developementally she’s thriving so her consultant is confused! She’s had clear chest X-rays and a heart scan and we have no answers still?!
