is it worth me getting a pregnancy test......??

i thought i was pregnant but yesterday started bleeding a little bit and i had terrible stomach pains which i don't normally get with a period and today i've been bleeding quite a bit more than yesterday and i've also had a terrible pain in the right side of my stomach.
do you think it's worth me getting a pregnancy test to make sure or isn't it worth it?

You need to make a doctors appointment, skip buying a pregnancy test.  Implantation bleeding should not be very painful. There could be a number of reasons for why you are having this, but you need to see your doctor to find out.

Implantation happens 6-12 days after ovulation. Based on what you've posted, you would be much, much further along than that. You need to test. We can't give you answers. Everything is only speculation and speculation means nothing. You need to be getting real care if you are pregnant. See a doctor.

I would say go see your doc. Was this pregnancy confirmed by blood tests or anything or was it just you thinking you were pregnant? Either way, you should still see a doc...they might want to get a blood test and check if you are pregnant in the first place....or see if your hcg levels are dropping which would indicate a miscarriage. Better safe than sorry.

well it's been hardly anything today, just a slight more than spotting.
i asked someone else and they said this could be implantation bleeding because it occurs around the same time as your period would so do you think it could be implantation bleeding??

No, don't waste your money. This is either your period, which has changed some becoming more painful, or may be a miscarriage, which you can't stop as it is already happening.
