High T4

Hi,
I am 48 and did thyroid tests, my T4 is 19.5 (normal 4.8-12.0), T3 is 1.8 (normal 0.69-2.02) and TSH is 0.8 (normal 0.3-6.2), TgAt is 64 (normal <125). I have 3 little bumps in my thyroid which didn-t grow for almost two years. I had high body temperature last years, I am nervous and hyper active and not able to rest enough...My menstrual bleeding was not regular last 6 months, I  had mild bleeding between my regular mens and little pain. Do I need some medical treatment?
Thank you for your answer, regards,
Mila

"The presence of thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPO) in your blood suggests that the cause of thyroid disease is due to an autoimmune disorder such as Hashimoto's disease or Graves' disease".

Your T4 is very high, but estrogens can be responsible to bound T4, so you mus check for free T4 and free T3 to see if they are high, your TSH is ok and you should test for TPO antibodies. (mine are more then 1000, so positive and I have negative anti-Tg antibodies)
