Is it possible AB TPO go negative after some years

I recently test again Ab TPO and found it came back 31 (0-34) , which shows no longer positive antibody. Is this possible after 3 years from 282 it dropped down and fall in normal value. Is that mean i am no longer Hashi ..

Well as per doctor even my Ab TPO below range because i have been taking Levoxyl that eventually reduce the AB but once i stop taking levoxyl my Ab number will increase.
I live in CA, still struggling with some issues. My life style is not different then any one .

I am very glad to found you, my dear suferer. I am on the depth of despair, how to go through this disease, because I feel so tired, exhausted, continuously sick and very bad.
I have been diagnosed for Haashi 4 years ago They found TSH 0.2, Ab TPO 240, I was hyperthyroid. Now I have these results: TSH normal, Ab TPO 1700-abnormal totally. I am euthyroid.
I am very scared and worried how to block the abnormally progress of Ab TPO, how to stop the destruction of my very poor gland.
Please, dear HERO, let me know, did you consume any tablets, and if, which ones, alternative, food (selen..).
Please, kindly trust me your way of life, where do you come from, and what thyrologist said you, at this point of time..
