Regarding antiTPO levels

HI my recent lab results are as follows:
T3: 3.4 pg/dl
T4: 1.12 ng/dl
TSH: 2.17 mIu/ml
anti TPO ab: 39.61 IU

I have been married for 4 years and i have history of two missed abortions. Do i have high TPO levels as my lab reference range for anti TPO ab is 0-5.6. Whether my T3, T4 and TSH are normal? Does TPO levels are reasons for recurrent abortions?

What are the reference ranges for the T3 and T4?  Reference ranges vary from lab to lab and have to come from your own report.  Also, please tell us if the T3 and T4 are Free T3 and Free T4 or is they are Total T3 and Total T4... They aren't the same tests and don't provide the same information.  It should say on your report if they are Free or not.  It's important to specify.

Your TPOab levels are elevated, indicating that you have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis.  Hashimoto's is a thyroid condition is which the body determines that the thyroid is foreign and produces antibodies to destroy it. The destruction, typically, takes years, and throughout the process, thyroid function continues to decline.

The antibodies, themselves, should not cause miscarriage; however, having thyroid hormone levels that are too low can do so.

Are you currently taking a replacement thyroid hormone medication?  If so, what medication, what dosage and how long have you been on it?

Many thanks for ur reply. They are free T3 and T4 values. The reference is as follows
T3-  2.3- 4.2 pg/dl . i have 3.4
T4 - 0.93-1.7 ng/dl. i have 1.12.

I havent taken any medicine so far. My prime concern is for pregnancy. Does elevated TPO levels is the reason for my abortion?
