Do I need to take levothyroxine?

I have all then typical hypothyroid symptoms.  My TSH is 5.14, anti thyroglobulin AB 399.  My ft4 is just in range at 0.94, Ft3 is 4.47.
My doctor didn't seem very keen for me to take medication but I kind of pushed him.  Now I am having doubts. Are these numbers nothing to worry about?

Please tell us what those typical hypo symptoms are.  Also, please post the reference ranges for those tests, as shown on the lab report.
