On my Right Lobe thyroid measures(43*33*23 mm) in AP dimension and is enlarged in size, with normal outline And show two large cystic lesions ( 21*20*18 mm, Vol 4 cc) & (22*19*19 mm, Vol, 4.5 cc) suggestive of colloidal cysts.
Left lobe of thyroid measures ( 12*12*30 mm) in AP dimension and is normal in size, outline and echotexture. Isthmus measures 2.7 mm in AP and is normal in size, out line and echotexture. Both lobes of thyroid and isthmus show normal vascularity
Impression: two colloidal cysts in right lobe of thyroid.
can someone please kinda tell me what all this means cause i have never had problems like this and i am a 48 yrs old female so if someone can help me out it would be so kind and i would be greatful thank you...
