TSH changing whith the same Levoxyl dosage.

Dear doctor! I am 34 y.o. female 15 month after TT due to thyca (follicular variant of papillary cancer-3 sm , no lymph nodes were envoleved).

I am taking 100 mg of Levoxyl for the last 4 month.
My TSH levels 6 weeks after I started Levoxyl were 0.77
After 2 month 0.84 (on the same 100 mg)
And now , after 4 month (same 100mg) 1.24
My thyroglobulin levels staying the same for the last 12 month at <0.2(thyroglobulin antibodies<20)
I have bad neck pain , next to my collar bone on the same side when I had cancer, thignest on the same side of the neck,saliva gland pains after RAI (which I had 1 year ago), and a lot of anxiety.
What should I do next.
