Thyroid disorders and diagnoses

Could it be possible that a person would feel symptoms of thyroid disorders but diagnosed as no thyroid problems? Then what would be the next step? Get a second/third opinion?

How to ID hyper or hypo thyroidism and what're the treatments for thyroid disorders?

Thanks.

Do you have the results of your latest FT3, FT4 and TSH tests and their reference ranges?

hi there, i have been having tests for random symptoms for the last 3 years, and i kept getting told different things, in the end they discovered i have a hyperactive thyroid but yet one doctor says my symptoms are because of that and one says they are not. Thyroid does funny things to a person, i would recommend that you get a second opinion and probably by someone who knows more about it than your general doctor. Hope thats some help.
