Swollen neck lymph nodes

Hi,

My fiancee noticed two tiny bilateral swellings in her occipital area. She went to the doctor and got cbc diff, monotest, among other test and all came back negative except for some slightly higher monocyte count. She also had a sonogram done and it showed 1.4~1.6 inch nodes.

I had been suspecting mononucleosis or some side effect from the chicken pox vaccine, but the lab tests kind of stonewalled me. She has an apointment at the ENT on the 18th, but I wanna know before.

Thanks in advance.

Is she suffering from a mono-like fatigue?
