Pain has been a concern especially now that my lymph nodes are swollen.

Ok well for the last month or so Ive been having alot or right arm and shoulder pain. Its gotten progressively worse where it has now moved to my neck, back and head. Also over the last week or so Ive been incredibly fatigued and the pain has become more severe over the last week. Also a big concern is that my lymph nodes are now swollen on my neck around my throat the right side is definitely bigger. I've also recently experienced a little bit of a sore throat on and off, As well as my asthma acting up a bit. One weird symptom I've also noticed recently is occasional vertigo or dizzyness. My headache as of the last couple of days has been mostly on my right side and theres alot of pressure and sometimes almost a tingling sensation. Since last night I've felt feverish also and thought maybe i had a low grade fever but im not entirely sure.
Also I'm not sure this is related but I've noticed some Irritable bowel time symptoms lately but Ive always associated with something like endometriosis or something else going on during my periods because thats usually when that acts up. Except for this past week, ive had some constipation and stomach pain in my upper abdomen.
Anyways ive seen numerous doctors over the last few months for alot of these things and nothing has been found. Ive had a strep test which was negative, and also two mono spot tests which were also negative. I had a chest x-ray done a few weeks ago to check for any blood clots which they thought may have been why my arm hurt. That was also fine.
At this point I have no clue whats wrong. Maybe its a combination of things but I'm so tired of doctors not doing anything for me that I figured maybe I should just get some opinions before going back again.

Also for my arm and shoulder im getting an mri to check for cervical radiculopathy in my neck. Thanks for your help though! :)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Chronic sore throats can be allergic, viral or bacterial in origin. Many viral conditions like EBV (glandular fever) behave in this way with recurrent respiratory infections, though have been tested negative for you. Many parasitic infestations and worms increase the eosinophil counts in the blood and thus cause an increased risk of upper respiratory infections.
Is there is no fever then chances of allergic reaction is more. Common allergens causing these symptoms are pollen, mold, dust, pet dander. Indoor exposure to black mold can cause upper respiratory tract symptoms such as sore throat and cough with or without wheeze in otherwise healthy people. Hence look for wet places in your home and office, an old air conditioner etc that could be the cause.
A comprehensive investigation including CBC, throat swab, allergic tests etc is required keeping all the points in mind.
Meanwhile try deep breathing exercise and steam inhalation. Over the counter antihistamines, decongestants, non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs all help. Steam inhalation, drinking hot fluids and soups, warm lemonade, gargling with warm saline water are all very helpful. Sometimes Eustachian tube (tube connecting ear to throat) block can cause these pressure symptoms. Try valsalva maneuver (take a deep breath and blow while pinching your nostrils shut and closing your mouth). This will help clear the secretions in the tube that connects the back of your throat with your ear.
Please consult your PCP.
Hope this helps. Do let me know if there is any thing else and keep me posted. Take care!
