Alright. So, about 3 months ago I had a severe sore throat. Ever since then I have had the following symptoms: the sore throat has been reoccurring every week or so. I have had extreme fatigue. The fingertips on my left hand tingle. The lymph nodes right under my jaw have been swollen on both sides. I have little oval shaped red patches about the size of a jelly bean on my legs and torso- they don't itch, they are just there. My hair and skin have been uncharacteristically dry. I have heartburn and headaches every day.

I am a 20 year old female with no former health issues.

Do any of these occurrences add up to one cause? Is there really something going on here or I am just a hypochondriac? What should I do?

Hi your having it bad, right the first thing on the list is a , full blood count, with a thyroid profile.
Your symptoms sound to me like it could be thyroiditis, or thyroid illness
You say your hair is fuzzy and your ankles have swollen and your fatigued, all these symptoms are typical thyroid symptoms, usually underactive thyroid.
Heartburn and carpal tunnel are symptoms off an under active thyroid.
I hope im right, maybe some off the other members might help here.
Im wishing you well.
