Pain After Urination

I've had this problem very intermittently over the past 2/3 months.  When i wake in the morning and urinate, right as i finish- i experience a pain that lasts for a second or two.  It only happens that first time in the morning, and I've noticed it occurs the morning after I have some alcohol the previous night.

I have been to a urologist over a month ago, had a clean urinalysis, and he prescribed me a 2 week course of Cipro.  It has been a week since I've been off of it.  I don't experience this pain very often, but it is concerning when i do experience it.  Especially since the urologist didn't have an answer for me.

Is this something that I should set up another appointment for, or is it something that shouldn't be too much of a concern- since it doesn't happen often?  Thank you for your help.

I've actually had 2 Urine tests over the past couple of months.  and both were clean.  And this only happens maybe once a week, very intermittently.
