Yes my vericocele garde 4 was treated in srisri granmandir , there is nadishodhan doctor , they will vheck your veins and wil tell you at that time without you have to say them i have vericocele , in my case doctor is female thereafter she checked my vein of right side hand and she told me.you have vericocele. After i went to the surgeon doctor and he done colour doppler in first test evrything is showing normal, and.im 2nd colour doppler he found veins having vericoceoe grade 4 with sonigraphy photo. So she was right without checking my testical that ayurvedic doctor told me you have vericocele.Amazing experience.Well then in 2013 she started to give me 6 medication tablets of ayurvedic gokshuradi gugul and some other 5 medication. Then in mid of 2013 in 4th month after vericocele doctor pressurised me to do operation .But i told him not to do , because of i dont have somuch money and innlast i invested all money in renovation of my house washing machine , apple leptop , almirahs and lots of more and it drained my bank account to the 100$s and i lt was then i have to eat something so i save for it.Thanks to the god that i am not rich otherwise doctor pressurised me and my vericocele operation was happened at that time.At that same time same vericocele gardr 4 patient was with me , and he done operation at my time , and what happened then? I gave him number for cross check that it was sucessfull or not, and after 7th month he told me i got again vericocele with same grade.Thankgod i wont get in operation.
Then i met with 4 other urologists paid them first time fees and they told me it was not having anykind of medication. And see hear funny talk from doctors , dont go for walk or run and then i told one surgeon that i took advice from my brother that you have to drink evrryday bittergaurd juice and that emdical surgeon told me who told you to take bittergaurd juice?dont take it.I dont expect thisbkind of advice , all know bittergaurd is antioxident and it cleans dirty blood.Wow.
Then i went to the srisri gyanmandir with last expectation with that same patient freind whos vericoelectomy operation wasnt sucessfull. And magic is ayurvedic doctor told me you can cure your vericocele in 1 year but this operation guys wasnot.Because of after operation ayurvedic medicines wont work so you have to tkwe vericocele with lifetime and he was so depressed. Then she write me prescription and i took those medicines about 7 months as you know ayurvedic process is slow but effctive and natural and it causes no sideeffect. And it wasn't so costly in india , even ayurvedic medicines are cheaper than the alopathy chemicalised tablets .Well after 4 th month , she gave me liquified medicine so gross but it worked at all.She told me now you can test your testical and my vericocele was went from 4th grade to the 2nd grade. Now she gave me 2 bottles of liquified bottles she made that medicine just right on my eyes.I donno where she bring those magical leafs but on 8th month my vericocele was grade 1 and it wasnt felt like it was bulging testical , grade 1 was feeling like normal testical.Thereafter i took it at till 10th month and my vericocele was gone permenently. This is 2018 , whwn my vericocelewas happened in 2013 ,this is 4th year after vericocele was gone permwnently and it wasnt came back. What i've spend money behind this is about 500 to the 800$s , because of ayurvedic doctors are kind doctors , they wont charge money for 2nd time visit , and i visited almost 19 times in his gyanmandir and she never charged any penny from me.Just i gave her 2.34$s for first time visit charges.Nothing she took from me just medicine money only , and those medicines you can purchase from everywhere neae your home , from ayurvedic medicine store. But i was also kind so everytime i purchase medicines fron her , so she will benifit from those ayurvedic pharmacy.Even she was not force you to buy anythung from her.Its our kindness because of when doctors are charging huge amounts from patient about 60 to 70$s from patient for first time and then 40$s for everytime whwn you revisit there. This is costly and after that your vericocele wont repair with help of medical doctors this is akward situation when you spend 4000$s for operation only and i do t count medicine money in it.it was totally 4500$s if you count with medicine as my that patient freind done operation of veeicocele and thereafter he got vericocele again after 7months , and he also started to get another problems with penis that he dont have in past and funny thung is that he was blaming patient after he unsuceeded in operation. So i took oath at that time if i get anykind of problem in life i will never visit to the medical doctor again , if i got accident then i will meet to the medical doctors othwerwise not.
So this is my vericocele story. You do whatever you want.
Well, I went to the urologist who did the vasectomy and he said that it wasn't Mondor's and it wasn't Peyrone's. He said, also that it wasn't thrombosed. He didn't think it was anything, but it still hurts and puts a damper on my sex life -- and is therefore, pretty annoying.
I went to another doctor, a general practitioner. He didn't think it was anything, either, and was confused as to why it was hurting me, but put me on Tramadol (worked great) and set me up for a testicular ultrasound. That showed that I had a hydrocele and a varicocele. He said that it was nothing and no further action was necessary.
I agree, though. I think a penile ultrasound is in order, as maybe it is a clot. That would make sense. I already was on a year's worth of ibuprofen, though, and it did not resolve the problem.
What would surgery involve? Removing the clot by cutting me open? Or removing the affected vein(s)? Isn't there a drug they can put in my veins to dissolve it if that's the case?
Hello,
One possibility for your symptoms is Mondor’s disease. Superficial thrombophlebitis of the penis (Mondor's disease). This is an inflammatory reaction to a clot within the vein. This subsequently causes blockages and dilation of the vein. It is typically painless, but can be painful.
Diagnosis is via ultrasound which shows blockage of the vessels. Treatment is with anti-inflammatory drugs (i.e. aspirin or ibuprofen) and most resolve within 4-6 weeks. If it persists, then surgery may be necessary. I think you should consult a urologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
