waseemshaik.. I know that u posted this 5 years ago... I am in same situation as you were 5 years ago.. And I visited many urologist's since last 6 months, but no use.. I have pain on the left side of the penis and the tip and the issue began after masterbation... And as per the tests there is no infection... Kindly let me know if you recovered from this problem or not... And if yes then what exactly was diagnosed... What kind of treatment worked...
I have the same issue. At present I believe it is either Chronic Nonbacterial Prostatitis or Urethral Stricture

Are any of you guys on trt or steroid cycle? As o know estrogen can affect penis glands.
Reading your post again, maybe urologist could order an MRI or Xray. If you bent penis wrong way or pulled something, hope in time it gets better, or these films may show something. I felt that way too, like base hurt at times, thought just pain shooting down. I don't think were too young to have prostatitis, I said that to Dr, Im 38. Prostatis is an inflammation of prostate, believe causes nerve pain all around, and can be relieved with getting inflammation down. Another reason for Prozac, PT said, was to get the prostate down, less anxiety, along with diet, less caffeine.
I check in at times to offer advice, my experiences. I was/am in a similar situation as you, symptoms are much improved. I was set off by combination of things, terrible low back pain, and irritation to glans, worry, etc. I was looking for answers though hard to come by. In hind sight I understand Doctors, esp urologists, being cautious or dismissive as there's no silver bullet. Looking back, Dr's didn't make big deal about it, hoping we'd get over it in time. After some time, and a few doctors, I was diagnosed with prostatitis, though don't feel that was initial cause of pain. I was working with a physical therapist, and through different exercises/education, symptoms have diminished. It's really mind over matter here, and it *****. Our minds focus on issue, which causes tension, tension pain, worry, all those things. My PT just said need to relax pelvic muscles and reduce anxiety. My PT talked about specialists, in other parts of country, maybe there's some intervention medically. Thought about pudendal nerve entrapment, and heard stories from PT of severe cases, so I know things could be worse. I just wanted to share, instead of you going from doc to doc getting caught up in the emotions. Even my Dr talked about Prozac, don't get offended, heard this before. Frustrating, makes sense, our mind get caught up and channels that pain, get depressed and stressed. Look further at other medical causes. Be well !
Hello,
Such type of penis pain can be due to sexually transmitted diseases but they have been ruled out in your case. Other possibilities are urinary tract infection, urinary stones, kidney stones or diabetes. Please get your blood sugar evaluated and discuss these possibilities with your urologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
