Boyfriend takes testosterone injections...What else can he do to lose weight?

He's been taking them for almost 2years because his levels are low. He has mood swings, gets angry, treats me bad sometimes, has mental breakdowns when things don't go his way. I have confronted him many times about it. He says he won't stop taking them because it's helped him lose weight. What else can he do to continue to lose weight?!? I'm almost to a breaking point.

He should get with his doctor to see if there is another medication that he could take for his testosterone level, or at least a lower dose, if that is causing his behavior problems.  As far as losing weight, calorie control and exercise would be better solutions.
