Clear ring around foreskin?

So about two weeks ago I had a red irritation (that was not a ring) on my foreskin. It honestly just looked like a red scratch or whatever so I figured I may have injured my foreskin and it would go away. It was painful to retract foreskin all the way when erect but it wasn’t painful when I was flaccid. Now after a few weeks have passed it is now a clear ring around my foreskin where that scratch was, I was scared for lichen sclerosis but this isn’t a plague and it’s translucent, I can see the veins underneath the clear ring. So I am very confused and need everyone opinion, thank you. Also I am a 22 year old uncircumcised, and relatively healthy.
