Glans discoloration

My penis glans has changed dramatically in the last 8 months.  First there was a brown pigment patch on the left front of the glans.  The skin around it became pale.  Over 8 months this progressed around the bottom of the glans and on to the top, with the glans becoming gray/whitish with multiple small brown pigmented patches.  There is a little pink skin left on top, but I can see pigmented pathes underneath and I suspect in one month or two the entire glans will be gray/white with multiple light brown patches.  The skin is also wrinkly.  I have seen several urologists who don't see any pathology and take a wait and watch approach.  I've seen one dermatologist who also said lets watch it and see what happens.  My erections seem fine.  Can anyone help?  I don't know when it will stop.  Will the glans become filled with brown spots and just get more and more brown?
