Hardening what it feels like a dorsal vein? sclerosing lymphangitis?

Here is the story, should I worry?

47 yo male... I started to get a secretions from my penis whitish in color, but no real pains while urinating. Doctor send me for all STI panel and a urine test, and all came back negative. Dr. prescribed 7 days antibacterial antibiotics for UTI/gonorea, that seemed to help to clear out infection, but to be sure its all was taken care of he prescribed after that another 7 days of antibiotics for chlamydia. On a second day, while taking second set I got what I think candida (my penis got very red and itchy). To mitigate this I used Clotrimazole 1%, which seemed to take care of that. I also had sex with the condom, that seemed too snag, and left an indent on the bottom of my penis. Next day after that I felt, what I can describe as hardening that ran on top of my penis and some bumps by pubic bone as well as by the head. It is kind of worrisome because I never had it before and I have some very mild pain associated with the problem spots. I am wondering if there is anything I can do to help recovery to move along more quickly. I am also wondering if my description shows its normal, or I should be worrying about any underlying conditions that might of caused it. Any insights is appreciated.

Question, are you sure this wasn't like this before?  And are you having any negative repercussions from it?  Wondering because so often our anxiety makes something seem like a problem when it really isn't. It's clear you are doing a lot of internet reading and trying to diagnose yourself which is a telltale sign of anxiety. You've been to the doctor. You've been treated and if this is still a concern, check back in with them. If anything, I'd guess penile mondor's disease which is benign (harmless) and self limiting. https://www.emra.org/emresident/article/penile-mondor-disease  Give that a read and see what you think but understand that anxiety may be greatly impacting you here.
