I'm 18, male, and a week ago today I woke up with a prominent "vein" on my penis. It feels like a guitar string. It goes about half-way up my shaft and near the base is 2 small lumps on the same vein. It's completely painless and can be felt when flaccid or erect. I looked this up and this benign condition called "lymphangiosclerosis" came up and said it can form from more casual/vigorous sex than often, which the previous week I did have more sex than I usual do. Since then I've abstained from any sex/masturbation to be safe. It should also be known I have a varicocele and have had it for about 5 years. Could these in any way be related? I've also been urinaring very frequently like every 1-3 hours and have been having some bowel issues, although I do have IBS. Usually my bladder tends to act up when my IBS does. If it is this "lymphangiosclerosis" could the swollen lymph vessels/nodes be pressing on my prostate? Could it have to do with my varicocele? I'm just looking for some guidance before I go see a doctor. Any help/thoughts would be appreciated.
