WBCs in urine, but not UTI?

I am a 31 yr old female. I have constantly been having UTI like symptoms for the past year. Urinalysis shows I only have WBCs in my urine and no nitrates. I've had a cystoscopy, CT scan, and various other tests and all come back normal. All cultures come back normal. What else could this be? What other tests should I be asking for? I've seen 2 seperate urologists and no resolution. Other symptoms I have are low blood pressure, hypoglycemia, fatigue, occasional dizziness/nausea, anxiety, sleep problems, craving of salt and sweets, and irritability. Thank you for any help you can give me.

I hope your symptoms have long since disappeared.
If not, find a urologist who's experienced in diagnosing and treating Interstitial Cystitis.
Many patients have suffered for years before getting a proper diagnosis. The disease is finally starting to get attention in the medical community.
Online information is now provided by the National Institutes for Health, the Mayo Clinic, and a number of support groups for people who have the disease or want to learn more about it.

They talked to me about enodmetriosis as a possibility. But I don't know what CI or PFD is. I know they checked my thyroid at my regular docs and they say it was fine. It's not BV...so this is why I'm at a total loss for what is going on.

I have researched and it suggests possibly adrenal fatigue or Addison's Disease...which I doubt I was ever tested for. So I'm going to go back to the drs to see if this is what is wrong with me. In the meant time I have started taking a vitamin supplement to promote adrenal health. Hopefully something helps. I'm tired of being sick and being on antibiotics.

Thanks!!!!

I have you checked to see if you have any vaginal infections? I have uti like symptoms and I suffer from BV(bacterial vaginosis). I get antibiotics for it, but it comes back or maybe it never really goes away. I don't know, but I don't want to continue taking antibiotics over and over. I that isn't healthy either.
