Burning pain in the inguinal channels and tickling in the scrotum

Dear Sirs,

since 2 years I have burning pain starting from the inguinal channels and now it is going down on the inner side of the legs. Also I have tickling in the scrotum. I have visited dozens of doctors and made a lot of examinations without any result :( The pain is growing when I sit on a chair for longer time, or lay on a bed. So I visited a venereologist, an androld, gastroenterologist, urologist, neurologist and many others without diagnosis. I have normal blood EMG with some problems in the lumbal area, but the doctors rejected any connection.

Please help.
