Why do I feel like this?

Hello. I am a overall healthy young male. In my mid late twenties.

I am not sexually active with random people

Recently i randomly got a feeling in my penis that feels like it is leaking but nothing is leaking out at all? My anxiety is through the roof. Anxious. Not hungry at all. It does not hurt when I urinate. But it seems as if I have some discomfort in that region??? Possibly just my mind messing with me?

Has anyone felt like this before? Has anyone heard of something like this? I did have a cycle of antibiotics recently for an illness I had unrelated to my current situation so possibly a fungal issue?

Difficult to know what this might be. Have you seen your Dr. about this? I’d start there & if he/she can’t get to the bottom of it, maybe see a Urologist. I have a feeling it’s not anything too serious, but I can understand how this would be very annoying, so hopefully you get a diagnosis & an effective treatment.
