Why is my frenulum a dark purple and underside of penis bluish ?
I am a sufferer of phimosis and I have just noticed that my frenulum is a dark purplish color and sometimes stings also the underside of my glans seems to be bluish but I understand this is more normal. Can someone explain why my frenulum is this dark purple color and how it can be treated
