Enlarged/ Torn Meatus
Over the years I've noticed that my meatus keeps getting bigger and bigger after sex. Owing to this, my urine is not as directed as before( less pressure I guess) and during ejaculation semen oozes out as opposed to shoots out. Is there anyway to get this fixed. The tear is maybe a quater of an inch and gets bigger each time I have sex.
