Something is wrong with my penis head and urethra hole and I need help.
My penis looks disgusting! I am a 16 year old boy and I am more than sure my penis head or hole shouldn't be this way. My penis head is very wrinkled and has a lot of dents on it. The urethra hole is open and messed up the lips of the penis hole is stretched all over the place leaving it open and revealed for my underwear seams to rub on it and irritate it. A penis should not look this way, it's as if the penis hole is ripping. I will post photos on my profile so PLEASE go look at it and tell me what to do. I feel like i need surgery cause it looks disgusting and i wanna cry cause i feel horrible about it.
