mass or lump in/on Vas deferens

hello i am a 17 year old, i am a 5 sport athlete so im pretty healthy (track/cross-country/football,basketball/Marathons), i have gotten physicals and they have come back normal but recently i noticed a rather large obscure mass in my left vas deferens. i noticed it a while ago almost a year maybe but it was a bump back then. i gave myself a self test and noticed a ball like structure inon my left vas deferense near the very top before it enters the abdominal part of the body, but if i am laying down it is near the same area but near the crease or crevasse of my groin area. I can even grab it and pull it. its for sure my vas deferens.any ideas as too what this might be? if you need more info just let me know. is this some kind of cancer? when i was 13-16 i use to Masterbate significantly and was dealing with alot of girls (no sex), could this be a result of constant ejaculation or arousal over the years?

I have the same problem, but on the right side. I've looked up many different things and it could be sperm cells inside of the Vas Deferens(seeing how you used to masturbate and mess around with girls), this could be because of a small cut or slit on the inside of the tube, your body doesn't recognize this so it sends white blood cells to take care of it. The white blood cells cause the Vas Deferen to puff out. It is most likely not cancer, since I haven't read up on any type of cancer for the Vas Deferens, but I would recomend seeing your doctor just to verify. Also, it could just be an infection and cleared up in a few days with anti-biotics. Or it could just be a capalary, which is mistaken for lumps and bumps inside of the scrotum.

Good luck.

(P.S. I'm not a doctor, I'm just a 15 year-old kid, so if any of this is wrong I do apologize but my diagnosis can be wrong. So do not blame me for anything that might go wrong. Even though nothing probably will.)
