Drinking >3L but Urinating <400mL

Hello,

I am a 24-year old male from India, with no previously diagnosed urinary problems. I do not smoke or drink and have no family history of cancer.
Since yesterday my urination levels have dropped drastically. I drink around 3 litres of water in a day and now I am urinating less than 400mL (deep yellow in colour). There is absolutely no urge to go to the toilet and I am going exactly three times a day after waiting for hours and not feeling any pressure. I can probably complete my urination in one go at the end of the day and still feel no pressure.
I have had episodes of decreased urination, but never did it drop to such low levels and never for over a day. I also had an episode of pretty strong stomach cramps after lunch three days back (that lasted throughout the day and made me skip dinner), where the pain was coming and going in waves.
Being from India, the climate is indeed hot. But I am adapted to the weather and drink enough water to counter it.
Is this UTI? Do I have kidney stones? Are my nerves damaged (as I have not had an erection too)?
I live alone in a place with no nearby doctors. Can anyone please help me?
