I have a very large vein on my penis noticed morning aftersex, runs across top of penis,doesn't hurt,little tender if squeezed,no color is aparrant,I have no insurance,plus can't go to doctor Im very ocd, went 8 months with hernia till I finally went,.please give multiple treatments for multiple causes I understand liabilty.
what is the treatment for Mondor's disease, anything I can do at home,where can I find free or cheap treatment,I live near nashville,tennessee, and is Mondor's disease and penile varicose vein the same, or was you giving two possibile causes?

It can be due to Mondor’s disease or penile varicose vein. Mondor’s disease is an inflammatory reaction to a clot within the vein. This subsequently causes blockages and dilation of the vein. It is typically painless, but can be painful. In studies, patients were noted to have thrombophlebitis after a prolonged sexual act with or without intercourse. It was described as cord-like thickening of the superficial penile veins.
Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound. In my opinion you should get it checked from a urologist.
