treatment needed for stone

pain during urination in one very localized spot . it only hurts during urinatin or if i squeeze the area . the spot is located right behind the head of the penis. feels like a small grain of sand or a pin stabbing me when i squeeze.  would like to know the coarse of tretment to take, also i dont have insurance so any suggestions would realy help.

Just go to a not-for-profit hospital's ER in your area.  They are not allowed to turn you away because of an inability to pay.  You can deal with your emergency NOW and worry about paying for it later.  Good luck, my friend. And ignore my comment on your earlier post...

It is important that you seek medical advise from your doctor as it the best way for proper diagnosis and treatment. It is very difficult (if not impossible!) to diagnose such a case without proper examination of the patient.

Hydration (increasing water intake) is usually recommended in case of stones in the urinary tract. Small stones usually have a high chance of passing out on it’s own with hydration.

I would still recommend that you see your doctor for proper evaluation.
